At Wismarq's Oconomowoc facility we offer two paint lines. This plant has a 60,000 square foot building along with an additional 25,000 square feet of off-site storage. Our capabilities here include coating aluminum and steel. Your material is carefully uncoiled, cleaned, chemically treated, primed, oven cured, topcoated, oven cured again, and then recoiled, skidded, and stretched wrapped for shipment.
Wismarq offers the convenience of slitting. This operation can be done before or after the coil is coated. Doing so before coating allows the flexibility to purchase master coils from the mills. In total, Wismarq operates 3 slitters. Two of which are located at our Franklin Park facility. The slitter located at the Oconomowoc facility is a pull through slitter.
